After the initial meet and greet, owners will be provided with a client information form to complete, including emergency contact details, medical information and vet details. This helps ensure the correct information is available should your pet ever require emergency veterinary attention.

Yes, a free initial meet and greet is included before any regular walks or pet care services begin. This gives us a chance to discuss your pet’s routine, personality and individual needs.

​Your dog’s safety and wellbeing always come first. Walk durations or locations may occasionally be adjusted during extreme weather conditions to help keep dogs safe and comfortable.

I understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange a walk or pet visit, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less that 24 hours' notice may still be chargeable. However, I will always try to be understanding where possible.
